Well it's almost official.. We have two conditions to come off and then we are officially homeowners..
Let me tell you a bit about 770 Coventry Drive.
We have bought a lovely bungalow nestled on a nice lot surrounded by pines and fruit trees.
it is 1151sq ft on the main floor with a partially developed basement (I say partially because we will need to rip out the carpet) The main floor has laminate flooring all throughout with a generous entrance and vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is all new with new appliances and cupboards. The small nook overlooks the deck and treed yard and you are not able to see any other homes from your window. There is a very large master bedroom with ensuite on the main floor and 2 smaller bedrooms.. In all the house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which allows us ample room for us and company! We have also lucked out as the home has a hottub in the back yard which although needs a repair we have someone able to do it for cheap.
We are very excited to live on our own again and with a possession date of just over a month away (Friday October 13th... DUN DUn Dun..) We eagerly await the day when we can move in!
So get your suites ready.. The hot tub party is in the making!
