So we have decreased our group to just the two of us, and we arn't quite sure what the future plans are... The job hunt is just goofy as we have realized they would rather hire locals then people with more experience.. So what can you do??
We have booked a ferry ticket for the 27th back over to the North island and hope to possibly settle down in Raglan for a while... Least thats the plan for today.. They seem to change with the wind which in New Zealand is frequently.
So no news, no new stories.. We are looking forward to getting to Raglan and hope they will let us work there and stay for free... Keep your fingers crossed its about time for some goodluck!

I know it's quite a shock to be on your own now- but enjoy the turn of events...just think of all that romance you can share now (in the hostels and all)!!
We leave for Vegas tomorrow..will be anxious to get back and see where you guys end up over the next few days! A part of me hopes Craig has this HUGE Secret plan up his sleeve and the plane we get on will be taking us to see you instead of the strip! Ohhh..one can always hope!
We had to take Jada to emergency vet appt today- looks like she's injured one of her disks in her back...she can walk (kind of) but can't jump up or walk down any stairs..she's on good drugs now now.

What is it they say, " you never know what will happend when you get up in the morning" We admire what you have done so far and how well you are doing under changes that you have not expected...Time will tell how things go for you and we do wish you the best.
Hope you can manage to land a job soon so you can continue to see some more sights before heading back home, when ever that may be...I'm sure somebody will tell us.

Hello My Sweeties - don't sit down at my computer very often so I had a lot of catchup to do with your adventures - WELL, WELL worth the time. You guys seem to come thru every setback and find a way to keep going despite some pretty serious adversities. I am so proud of you and for what you are doing. A life-time of memories. Got a kick out of your rugby (rugger) game experience. Your Grampa Boss was one of the founders of the Rubgy Association in Alberta away back in the late 50's Krista. When he died, the Glenbow Foundation wanted me to give them any original memorabilia I had, but unfortunately, not realizing the significance of the occassion, I had none. And yes, those rugger buggers where a rowdy loud bunch. Alot of fun parties I'll tell you.
